Thank you for your interest in Kansas Ultrarunners’ Society’s inaugural summer cross country camp! Campers at this distance running camp can expect a four day, three night learning experience with the Hocking Hills region as our backdrop. From learning about training techniques and injury prevention, to core strengthening and the psychology of racing—and everything in between—campers will receive a holistic approach to cross country training.

Our philosophy is to provide an educational and fun environment for aspiring runners who are interested in ways to improve performance, learning more about the sport, and forming friendships with other runners.
